Shipping Policy

Shaalvi Organics offers free shipping all over India. We always strive to ensure that you receive your order before or within the estimated time, as mentioned in the order confirmation. Although we use reliable couriers and/or Speed Post, we cannot control the delays that may result due to logistics issues.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of Shaalvi Organics, including but not limited to poor courier services in the delivery area and inaccessibility of the delivery area, we shall keep you informed along the way. If we fail to make the delivery, we will cancel the order and process a complete refund.

Cancellations

We can accept a cancellation request before we ship your order. Cancellation will only be possible if we haven’t shipped your order before you change your mind.

In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following the cancellation of the order; we won't be liable for any bank charges.
 

Refund & Returns

We urge all our customers to make a video while unpacking their order to claim a return if they receive a damaged product. We will immediately process your refund.
